ENCLAVE AMENITIES

Guardhouse & Gated Entry

  • Enclave is a private gated community that offers a one-of-a-kind guardhouse. Monitoring deliveries and granting access to visitors are made easy by pass code or fob access. Additionally, Enclave is one of only two communities in South Barrington on municipal water. This means that water quality is improved and without the hassle of private well maintenance and upkeep.

MAINTENANCE-FREE COMMUNITY

  • All home landscaping maintenance and snow removal is a service handled through the is handled through the Enclave Association. Service includes your weekly lawn maintenance, shrub trimming, weed control, and turf fertilizer applications. Snow removal includes your driveway and front walkway. Annual septic system maintenance is also included.

WALKING PATH

  • One of the caveats often found with private gated communities is a lack of sidewalks or walking paths. Enclave will have beautiful paved walkway circling the community, passing the playground, Padel court, pond, gazebo, and tree-lined boundary.

PADEL COURT

  • Padel is the fastest growing sport in the world, a combination of Tennis and Squash, played 2v2 on a turf court. Padel is the new Pickleball (but without the annoying plastic “click-clacking”! PLAYGROUND & GAZEBO

  • Take a break between Padel matches at our beautiful gazebo overlooking the 2nd pond at Enclave. No need to venture outside the gates of Enclave, kids can enjoy themselves at the private playground!

ACCESS TO SUNDANCE

  • Starting in 2024, all new Enclave residents will have access to a fitness center, yoga studio, pool & hot tub, kids pool, pickleball, croquet, bocce ball, club house and more at nearby Sundance community of South Barrington. Go to Sundance’s website to see all of the amenities coming soon.
